About Me
Welcome, I’m Leah, a Certified Life Coach with a BA in Psychology. I am a lifelong student of human behavior and resilience.
At 66, I bring not just credentials, but decades of lived experience navigating the complexities of being a neurodivergent woman and the unique life challenges that come with it.
For decades, I struggled through life without knowing why certain things felt harder, the weight of expectations that seemed overwhelming, the frustration of unrecognized patterns, the constant pressure from others to “just try harder.” When I finally received my diagnosis in my 50s, everything began to click.
It wasn’t too late for me. In fact, it was the beginning of a new chapter.
The Journey that led me here.
That journey of late discovery is one I now share with other women who may be walking the same road. To reconnect with their inner power, make conscious choices, and create a life that feels authentically theirs.
Looking back, I wish I had someone, a mentor, a coach, a guide, to help me navigate the challenges of being a neurodivergent woman. Back then, awareness was scarce, therapy was stigmatized, and society often viewed us as lazy or irresponsible.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve researched neurodivergence, unpacked how it shaped my past, and discovered practical tools that make daily life easier. I built scaffolding for myself to navigate life in a more empowering way, and now I want to share that knowledge with you.
Coaching That Honors Your Inner Landscape
Life as a neurodivergent woman is nuanced. Our struggles and strengths show up differently for all of us.
My coaching helps you define what success looks like for you — not by society’s expectations or anyone else’s standards.
Together, We’ll Explore:
- Life Purpose & Direction – Finding clarity in what truly matters to you
- Goal-Setting & Accountability – Practical steps to bring your dreams into reality
- Self-Love & Inner Growth – Embracing your strengths and unique perspective
- Relationships & Communication – Navigating connections with confidence
I don’t see ADHD or ASD as a disorder — and I certainly don’t see neurodivergent individuals as “less than.” We experience the world in ways others never will.
Instead of fighting against our wiring, we can learn how to thrive with it.
Coaching vs. Therapy
It’s important to understand: coaching is not therapy.
Therapy focuses on healing and mental health.
Coaching helps you move forward — developing strategies, mindset shifts, and real-world action steps to create a fulfilling life.
As your coach, I’ll help you:
- Build practical systems for organization and executive function
- Develop emotional regulation tools that actually work for you
- Learn self-advocacy to navigate societal bias and unrealistic expectations
- Recognize and celebrate your neurodivergent strengths
